New Store in Kuwait
November 19 was a big day for Hungry Bunny™ Kuwait. This was the Grand Opening of their second store located in Egaila-Fintas.
Customers from all over the place came and graced the occasion. This was a clear indication that Hungry Bunny™ is close to the hearts of the people of Kuwait. Everyone enjoyed the opening including the store team who were so busy from the time the store opened until closing.
The new branch in Egaila is much bigger that the first one in Al Jahra. It has a more spacious dining area and a wider production area for the kitchen team.

New Bunnies in Oman
We would like to congratulate our franchise team in Oman for opening 3 new stores in the last quarter of 2012.
They now have Barka branch located in a market which opened in September 2012. This store has a drive-thru and a small dining area.
Their next new store is located in Grand Mall, a newly opened prestigious mall at the heart of Muscat and was opened last October 2012.
And the last store that they open was in December 2012. This store is located in Sohar City, north of Muscat. The new store is situated within a petrol station. Because of the many motorists that come every day to load fuel in their vehicles, we believe that this store has a very big potential to bring in a lot of sales just like the first few stores that they already have.

It’s Cheesy Cheese!
Hungry Bunny™ has introduced a new sandwich in their menu. The product is called ‘Cheesy Cheese’. It is prepared with two spicy chicken strips, cut into small pieces over a 10-inch tortilla bread, spread with tasty mayonnaise, diced tomatoes and a generous helping of cheddar cheese sauce.
Try this mouth watering sandwich and experience the spiciness and cheesiness as it tickles your taste buds and slowly melts in your mouth. A must try!
New Bunnies in Town
We are glad to announce two new openings of Hungry Bunny™ stores soon in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Mubarraz and Al Kharj areas.

Expanding our horizons
As part of our Franchise Department’s expansion plan, Hungry Bunny™ has opened its doors to Kingdom of Bahrain (2009), Sultanate of Oman (2010) and the State of Kuwait (2011).

Hungry Bunny™ Food Processing Plant
Hungry Bunny™ will soon be achieving another milestone in its history. A 5000m2 state-of-the-art food processing plant will be ready for operations at the second Industrial City by the end of 2012. The plant will house an administration building, warehouse and a factory.

Are you qualified?
Obviously, it is preferable that you have previous experience in F&B, However, it is not a must because of our comprehensive training program based on our Hungry Bunny™ 'operator-friendly' concept and our extensive management development training program provides the ongoing guidance for the franchise personnel.
In turn, we prepare you to manage and operate a Hungry Bunny™ branch and provide you with the best support at all times including recognized customer service techniques and simplified staff training and management.
The advantages offered to you include the well known trade name of Hungry Bunny™, continuous research and development of new items, national Pan Arab market analysis, economies of scale in buying, professional training and many more.
At Hungry Bunny™, we have built our 'International-Pan Arab' Franchise policy based on defining the roles and responsibilities of both Franchisee and Franchisor described in detail in the Franchise Offer Circular or Franchise Agreement.
Our role as Franchisor is to provide the product or service, the Management System, the Operating Manuals, the Training Manuals, assist in the pre and post opening of the outlet, a follow-up system on a monthly basis to check that your branch is doing well and standards are well implemented and respected.
Your role is to maintain full management responsibility, including logistics, being assisted by our Hungry Bunny™ International team members so as to run efficiently your franchise store.
Investment
At Hungry Bunny™, we believe that all costs are an important and vital component of any Franchise package. Thus, the cost involved in acquiring a Hungry Bunny™ Franchise is based on the territory of the Master Franchise and the number of outlets being granted, plus the cost of the interiors, equipment and fixtures of the outlet.
Currently, the one-time franchise fee for granting a Hungry Bunny™ Master Franchise is as follows:

The one-time Master Franchise fees include the full support of the Franchisor (Please refer to Franchise Offer Circular or Franchise Agreement obligations) for the pre-opening (location selection, training staff, line implementation etc.), design, training manuals, future follow up, updates and marketing support.
